I purchased the Make Up Eraser at The Makeup Show last month, after seeing tons of videos about how amazing it was. It normally retails for, $20, I purchased it for 30 percent off. I finally used it during my recent trip to Trinidad, instead of brining Neutrogena wipes like I normally would. Boy was that a mistake! I won’t say that the Makeup Eraser doesn’t work, it does remove makeup. However, it will not remove heavy eyeliner or mascara. Luckily, I brought Vaseline with me which removed my heavy eye makeup.
There are a few great ways to use the Makeup Eraser. One option, while swatching colors, it can easily remove eye shadows and lipsticks! If you are sporting a light makeup look with just shadows, blush and foundation, it will remove most of it. Another great way, while applying makeup, if you happen to make a mistake; this is a great option to avoid a mess with liquid removers.
Please note, this will not remove waterproof makeup. Don’t waste your time attempting this.
Regardless of what makeup remover you use, washing your face after is essential in fully removing makeup that is trapped deep down in the pores. Doing this will prevent breakouts and leave you with healthier skin. DON’T EVER SLEEP WITH YOUR MAKEUP ON! Regardless of how tired, or drunk you may be, always wash off makeup at the end of the night! Xo-Sas
